Q. Where can I collect the lift ticket included in my accommodation?
A. You can collect your electronic lift ticket from the Front Desk before check-in. A deposit of 500 yen will be required in addition to each lift ticket. This deposit will be refunded when the ticket is returned to nearest ticket office or the hotel front desk. For lost or damaged lift tickets the deposit will not be refunded.
Q. Can I ski with my lift ticket before check-in?
A. Yes, once you collect your lift ticket you are welcome to use the lifts.
Q. Will Front Desk keep my luggage?
A. Guests staying in the North or South wing Hotel, Log houses or Cottages, are able to store luggage in one of the secure lockers provided, free of charge.
Q. Is there a discount for hotel guest that buy a lift ticket?
A. There is no discount on lift tickets, the duration pass is a great value offer making your stay even more affordable.
Q. What is the difference between a 1 day lift pass and a duration lift pass?
A. Duration Lift Pass: You can ski on the mountain during the hours of operation, including night skiing, from arrival until 17:00 on the day of departure.
1 Day Lift Pass: Choose the day during your stay that best suits you. Night skiing is always included.
