Sushi making experience

If you wish to have a unique food experience while your ski trip to Hokkaido, why not join our sushi making class for a fun afternoon of culture and food experience.
 
Learn from our experienced chief about Hokkaido’s best seafood and how to make Nigiri (hand-shaped Sushi) and Gunkan Maki (Battleship Sushi).

Self-made sushi lunch included Sea urchin, Ikura, Tuna, Salmon, other 9 seasonal ingredients, soup and tea.

  • Price is inclusive of cooking ingredients and tools and lunch with a beverage (soup and tea).
  • Experience must be booked at least one day in advance.
  • Ingredients for sushi are Sea urchin, Tuna, Salmon and other seasonal ingredients. Menu item cannot be exchanged,
  • For guest who will not participate in sushi making; it will cost JPY 500 (include soup and tea).

Calligraphy experience

All guests are welcome to our Japanese calligraphy workshop after a fun day of skiing.
